After writing two scripts featuring strong, almost invincible women… I wanted to attempt the challenge of writing a character who was broken emotionally and spiritually, who needed a man (her father) to rescue her. A fellow writer said to me, “You have too much testosterone to pull that off.” After reading an early draft, she admitted that I had proven her wrong.

Logline

A self-destructive woman needs her father’s help to defeat her personal demons; but memories of childhood abuse threaten to destroy her life, and everyone around her.
