DC Cinematic Universe’s Unlikely Savior?

In his many adventures, Doug Wildey’s Jonny Quest took the spirits of James Bond, Doc Savage and Steve Canyon, revolutionizing the world of 1960’s television animation. The spirit of that classic [ref]Owned by Warner Brothers[/ref]Hanna-Barbera series promises to be the catalyst that will bring the [ref]Owned by Warner Brothers[/ref]DC Cinematic Universe closer to Marvel, its dominant competitor.

Impresario Robert Rodriguez, who (at this writing) stepped down from the directorial role, lent his writing talents to the script (co-written by Terry Rossio) that got Warner Bros’ [ref]Mark Hughes, Forbes, 28 Jul 16[/ref]greenlight.
