R.I.P. Marty Ingels

Martin Ingerman has exited the planet after 79 years. He was born in Brooklyn, New York on March 9, 1936 and exited from Tarzana, California on October 21, 2015 after suffering a massive stroke[ref]“Marty Ingels, Actor and Husband of Shirley Jones, Dies at 79”[/ref].

Since 1977, Ingels was married to the mother of The Partridge Family, Shirley Jones.

His illustrious career began playing himself on NBC’s short-lived answer to ABC’s hot series, 77 Sunset Strip.

He graduated to having his own one-season series, I’m Dickens, He’s Fenster co-starring Oscar® nominee John Astin and I Dream of Jeannie co-star Emmaline Henry.

Ingels appeared in over twenty films.
