The middle child in an all-boy family (two older and two younger brothers), Joss had more than a house overflowing with testosterone in his upbringing. His father and grandfather were successful television writers. His mother was both an educator and a novelist. With that pedigree, could there have been there any doubt of his meteoric rise to the top of the industry?
